Our dedicated Quality Assurance team of 18 professionals operates an in-house testing laboratory equipped with coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, spectrometers, and environmental test chambers.

Incoming Material Verification

Every incoming lot is checked for dimensions, visual quality, and alloy consistency before production release.

Surface Finish Control

Surface quality and plating consistency are checked against approved samples and customer requirements.

Batch Traceability

Production batches are traceable through process records from raw material to final dispatch.

Pressure, torque, and thread fit checks are performed as per application needs and product type.

Incoming Material Inspection

Chemical analysis via OES spectrometer; mechanical property testing; dimensional and surface inspection of raw brass rods.

First-Off Inspection

100% dimensional check on the first part off every new setup using CMM and precision gauges before batch production commences.

In-Process Inspection

Sampling inspections at defined intervals during production. Control charts monitored for process stability (Cpk ≥ 1.67 target).

Dimensional Inspection

Final batch sampling to AQL 1.0 / 2.5. CMM measurement reports provided for critical dimensions on customer request.

Surface Finish Inspection

Plating thickness verified by X-ray fluorescence (XRF). Visual inspection for pinholes, blistering, and colour consistency.

Functional Testing

Pressure testing (hydrostatic/pneumatic), torque testing, electrical conductivity, and thread gauging as required by specification.

Environmental Testing

Salt-spray (ASTM B117), humidity, and thermal cycling tests for corrosion resistance validation on plated and finished parts.

Final Release & Documentation

Approved lots are released with inspection summary and full internal traceability records.
